General job description:
- $25 – $30 per hour depending on experience and certifications.
- Must be able to perform onsite services
- Perform level 3 problem solutions for (Hardware and Software).
- Resolve customer problems or related questions in a timely manner.
- Manually Install, setup, maintain and diagnosis of Hardware and Software.
- Ability to lift 60lbs if required.
- Troubleshoot computer problems – hardware and software.
- Escalate processes that require additional level support.
- Detalied Documentation of service tickets

- Must be able to work under rigorous timeline
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

- Advanced PC, Servers, Hardware, Software Troubleshooting Skills
- Advanced Networking troubleshooting and understanding (IPV4, DNS and VPN)
- Strong knowledge working in iOS and Android configurations
- Experience working and maintaing Microsoft Azure enviorments
- Experience working with Powershell and Scripting
- Experience working with Microsoft Exchange Server (2007, 2016 and Office 365)
- Experience working with Active Directory (User creation, Deletion and modification of users security and distribution groups.)
- Experience working and troubleshooting the latest Microsoft Windows, Mac OS and Linux.
- Experience on Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Strong background on Outlook troubleshooting)
- Must have a current certification such as CompTIA Project+, Network +, MCSE, ITIL, PMP, and Cisco CCNA.
