Download a small Splashtop program on the computer that needs help. A 9-digit code appears. We use that code to connect to the computer. When you quit the program, the connection ends and nothing stays installed.

Open the program
It is usually in Downloads. A 9-digit code appears on the screen.

Give us the code
We connect to the computer. Quit the program when we are done. We cannot connect again until you run it again.
The Splashtop page says “your IT admin.” That is Gatun Technologies. Use this when the help desk has asked you to connect.
