General job description:

  • $17 – $20 per hour depending on experience and certifications.
  • Perform level 1 problem solutions for (Hardware and Software).
  • Resolve customer problems or related questions in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to perform onsite visits to client location
  • Manually Install, setup, maintain and diagnosis of Hardware and Software.
  • Ability to lift 60lbs if required.
  • Troubleshoot computer problems – hardware and software.
  • Escalate processes that require additional level support.

Experience Required:

  • PC, Servers, Hardware, Software Troubleshooting and installation
  • Networking troubleshooting and understanding (IPV4, DNS and VPN)
  • Strong knowledge working in iOS and Android configurations
  • Experience working and troubleshooting the latest Microsoft Windows, Mac OS and Linux.
  • Experience on Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Strong background on Outlook troubleshooting)
  • CompTIA A+, Network +, MCSA (Windows 10), ITIL certifications.
